With finals ending and the semester coming to a close, summer is on everyone’s mind! We checked in with members from Her Campus PhilaU and our sister chapter Her Campus Berks to see what they’re up to this summer!
“Since I turn 21 this year, I decided what better way to celebrate than by visiting Las Vegas. I’m extremely excited to see all of the beautiful lights on the strip and engage in all of the fun activities the city has to offer.” – Carly, Philadelphia University
“My upcoming summer is packed full of an internship, a part-time job, training for a new job I’ll be starting next semester, and thankfully, two vacations. Of course, I am most looking forward to the vacations. I’ll be headed to Ocean City NJ with my best-friend a week or so after school ends, which will be much needed at that point. In July, I’m going taking a road trip to Sandusky, Ohio for a week with my family and best friend to go to Cedar Point Amusement Park. On the way back, we will be stopping in Coudersport, PA, to stargaze and hopefully see the tremendous view of the night sky they have there!” – Cora, Philadelphia University

“This summer is full of fun adventures for me and I cannot wait. I’m going on the Nexus trip one week after finals end. We are traveling to Vienna, Prague, Berlin, and Barcelona. I am beyond excited to see these cities and learn more about the history behind each one. At the end of the trip, I am breaking apart from the group and traveling to England to visit my British family in Cornwall for a few days!
