Warmer days are not too far ahead of us, and it’s about time we started to think about getting in shape for the season! Although spring break is here, which means no free gym sessions for a week, there are still some easy ways to work out on your down time over break! Of course, this is a week of relaxation and Netflix binging, but we’ve discovered a free, easy way to begin getting in shape for the spring/summer season—the SWORKIT app!

SWORKIT is an app available to both IPhone and Android users that can be downloaded for free that includes 5-60+ minutes of simple, yet effective exercises. There’s also a premium package that can be purchased as an upgrade! You can choose from strength, cardio, yoga and stretching workouts; you can also customize workouts and adjust the time to your liking! Still not convinced? Well, there is no equipment needed for any of the workouts, and you can also add your very own playlist of your favorite songs on the app to jam to as you get fit!

So, use this spring break to try out this cool new app! It’s a great way to stay fit and active even if there isn’t a gym available to you at home. As the SWORKIT motto says, “No Gym, No Excuse!”
