4 (Healthy) Halloween Cocktails by Lumi

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at New School chapter.

What’s a Halloween event without a ~spooky~ cocktail? To celebrate the holiday, Lumi (a cold-pressed juice company) has created four delicious (healthy) Halloween-themed cocktails your friends are sure to love.

Hocus Pocus

This green concoction takes one and one-half ounces of Wahoo Orange, one ounce of Morning Sunrise, one-half ounce of Blue Curacao, one and one-half ounces of Vodka, and a splash of soda water.

Find a mason jar, coat the rim with blue sugar, add ice (and the above ingredients, of course), stir, and serve!

Beet-le Juice

Beetle Juice, Beetle Juice, Beetle Juice! This ruby red drink contains one-half ounce of Belmont Beet, one ounce of orange juice, one and one-half ounces of Gin, and one-half ounce of Grand Marnier. Best served in a high ball glass with one large block of ice and an orange wedge.

Vampire’s Blood

This sultry cocktail, made with one and one-half ounces of Tequila Reposado, one and one-half ounces of Upbeet Pear and one-half soda water, is almost too pretty to drink, almost.

Shake and pour in a pink-salt-rimmed martini glass to get that wow-factor.

Witches Brew

This witchy brew can be served hot or cold. Mix three ounces of Harvest Apple juice, one and one-half ounces of dark rum and a drop of Grand Marnier. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, and you’re good to go.
