Do you ever just get mad for no reason? You are out and about and anger hits—have you ever thought maybe there is a reason? Maybe it is because of something so small you ignored it at first, but your subconscious said “I’m not ignoring it and it’s going to piss you off starting… now”.
Here are some of the things that may be fueling the fire.
1. Randomly feeling lonely
When you’re sitting at a table of people and realize “I don’t like any of these people, where my friends at?”
2. The weather
When it’s not in the 70s or even 60s, don’t tell me to go outside. I wont enjoy it.
3. Not realizing you didn’t get enough sleep
When set your alarm the night before to get 8 hours of sleep, but you tossed and turned all night giving yourself a solid 3 maybe 4 hours. Now I’m cranky.
4. Family
Your day is off to a good start and then your fam calls and lets you know they are coming to visit and stay in your tiny New York apartment. COOL.
5. Bad hair day
You thought you left the house looking good, but a part of you knows something is off. You look in mirror and your hair is frizzy—awesome.
6. Random annoying person
When you are just doing you and out of nowhere some person enters your vicinity and immediately irritates you with their presence. GO AWAY!
