Greek yogurt is a perfect snack, because its high protein content will boost and sustain your energy levels.

Who doesn’t love creamy nut butter?  Pairing it with your favorite fruit and veggies make a perfect study snack packed with vitamins, protein, and healthy fats.

In the dorm:

Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients:

½ cup dry oats

1 cup of water or milk

1 Tbs of cinnamon

1 bannana

1 Tbs of nuts (optional)

Combine oats and water or milk in a microwavable safe bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.  When it is finished, slice up banana and add to bowl with cinnamon, then stir all together.  Top it off with some nuts to add some healthy fats and protein!  This is the bowl full of comfort and nutrients that will give you energy to tackle any subject.

 

Chocolate Greek Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt

1 Tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 banana

1 Tbs of nuts

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and you have a creamy chocolate treat!
