5 Stress-Relievers for Finals

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at KU chapter.

Finals will soon be upon us, and there will be moments of doubt and the occasional declaration of dropping out. If you find yourself panicked, here are a few good stress-relievers:

1Breathe

Just take a moment and concentrate on breathing. In and out. In and out.

2. Meditate

When you’re slowly drowning in your books and notes, just take a moment and meditate.

3. Exercise

It’ll be hard to find time, but if you make some, you won’t regret it.

4. Netflix breaks

This might be a little unorthodox, but nothing makes me feel better than watching something funny on Netflix for a few good laughs.

5. Power Nap

If you can’t keep your eyes open and you’re perilously close to face-planting on the table, it couldn’t hurt to close your eyes for five to 10 minutes. Don’t forget to set an alarm on your phone just in case.
