Eating a baked good is quite arguably one of the greatest pleasures in life. Recently, I have discovered that I bake when stressed- something my roommates have been enjoying. In the end, is there much that can put a smile on so many people’s faces more so than a cookie? That seems to be the motto of a company, Insomnia Cookies, which is soon to be part of our Indiana town.
Now, I had never heard of Insomnia Cookies before, until I saw a “Coming Soon” sign in one of the shops on 7th street. Intrigued, I looked the company up. (https://insomniacookies.com/)
Basically, Insomnia Cookies is the genius idea of it’s founder, Seth Berkowitz, out of a dorm room in the University of Pennsylvania. The idea that he had was simple: deliver cookies to people up until 3am.
Honestly, I know that I should have more to say on the subject. But what is there to say? There is a place which delivers COOKIES late night moving into Indiana. I’m incredibly excited.
