Dear Zoom,
I hate to be doing this over text, but I was not sure how to say it properly. You filled a void in my heart when I felt like the world was crashing down and being sent home from university. You made me happy. Being able to attend classes and continue my education without taking a gap year, it was nice. I realize now that it was only temporary.
You have done your part as best as you could, but it is just not working out for me. I need more excitement in my life. Walking to classes, people gossiping about how we don’t know what’s going on, and being able to sit on the quad, I need that in my life. I miss it. Don’t get me wrong, we have had our fun, and you kept me company in the winter, but I am ready to move on and experience more in my last year of college.
I hope you understand.
XOXO
Jess
