1. Where do you see yourself in five years?

I actually don’t like questions like this, I can’t answer it. Just in case God and fate have bigger plans for me than I have for myself, I don’t want to speak anything less into existence. I can say that I see myself being happy in five years, no matter what I’m doing, I will be happy and blessed.2. What kind of music do you like listening to?

I mostly listen to R&B, Hip Hop, Rap and Reggae music but my Spotify is really all over the place in terms of genres. I have anywhere from Gyptian and Musiq Soulchild to Tori Kelly and Migos. It’s a crazy collection!3. What do you like to do in your free time?

I rarely have free time, but when I do I can most likely be found editing YouTube videos, filming or just lying in bed with a pen and my creative writing journal bumping Spotify on shuffle in the distance.4. Describe a song that best fits your personality and why?

It’d definitely have to be a mix between Feeling Myself by Nicki Minaj and Beyoncé, Not Tonight by Elle Varner and Ambitious Girl by Wale. Sometimes I’m super duper confident like Beyoncé and Nicki but other times I second guess myself and my abilities like Elle. However, overall, I have an idea of who I am and where I’d like to be in life like the girl Wale admires.5. How do you describe your style?

Versatile, very versatile! I don’t like to look the same every day and often times people don’t recognize me as the same person on a day to day basis. I like to switch up my style, my hair and makeup every single day. Being me is like being casted in the ultimate one-man production!6. What are three words you would use to describe yourself?

Silly, Driven, Compassionate7. What is one goal you would like to accomplish in life?

The one goal that I’d like to accomplish in life is to have a sense of pride when I pass away. I want to have a small moment where I tell myself that I did everything that I could and that I don’t regret anything that happened to me during my time on Earth. My goal is die in content with myself and my life.8. Name one interesting fact about yourself.

I’m actually very shy, people always assume that I’m this confident, charismatic girl because of my YouTube channel and my ability to myself out there, but in one on one situations, I’m actually very awkward and I get anxious in large groups. It’s funny to me that no one believes me when I admit that.9. What is your favorite thing about being at Howard?

I absolutely love the feeling of belonging that I have here. I always mention the fact that I went to predominantly white institutions from Pre-School on up to High School. It was certainly a culture shock coming to an HBCU for campus, but if it’s anything I’ve learned from Howard, it’s how to set myself apart from the crowd and love ME, senselessly and unapologetically. I’m learning so much about who I am through social interaction with my own people as well the history of my culture through academics. It’s a beautiful thing being at an HBCU as a young, black woman. Studying at Howard University, the Mecca, is just icing on the cake.
