Black Friday Sales are like apocalyptic events that may entail camping out, a food supply, a lot of sleep, and pure chaos. The night usually starts off with you surging through Thanksgiving dinner and a bearable or unbearable family get-together. Then, it’s 9 pm and you’re off to the mall or the nearest outlet. Eventually, dawn breaks and you end up with money spent and possibly an inch of regret for holding onto the 20% off deal on a $200 pair of shoes.

To get you started with all your shopping endeavors, I have collected a list of stores that I think, hold the best Black Friday sales for women in college.

1. Amazon: This is one of the first places I remember to search through even before Black Friday. Amazon usually has the most convenient deals you never think you need and they always let their subscribers know of their deals at least a few days before the actual sale starts.

2. Best Buy: If you’re looking to invest in new tech gear, replace your laptop, or buy some games, Best buy is the place for all things tech. They always have awesome deals on all their gadgets and the lines get pretty long for black Friday.

3. Uniqlo: This is a personal favorite of mine when it comes to getting affordable and quality seasonal gear. I always stop by Uniqlo to see if their heat-tech clothing collection has any rollbacks, and they normally pull through. Black Friday is the best time to stock up on their sherpa jackets, turtlenecks, and innerwear so if you’re looking for stylish winter garments, you better stop by!

4. Urban Outfitters: You should never miss an opportunity to stop by the Urban Outfitters website or store for awesome Black Friday Deals. The easiest way to be in the loop is through their email subscription service. So, if you want to get a head’s up, be sure to subscribe to their emails and get deals even beyond Black Friday sales!

5. Nordstrom: Although a bit on the pricier side, I think Nordstrom always has reasonable items on their Black Friday sales. If you’re looking to invest in a nice pair of shoes or maybe some perfume, then you should definitely check out their Black Friday sales in-store or online.

6. Zara: This is an all-time favorite of mine. Although they only give 30% off the entire store on Black Friday, and the store usually ends up in utter chaos, I think it’s worth the shot to get in the chaos and grab some eye-stopping items. I always go for clothing staples like their basics, coats, sweaters, and shoes because 30% off actually goes a long way in their Black Friday sales.

7. Sephora: Sephora usually pulls through with a lot of makeup and skincare deals for everyone. In 2018, they had various product deals with prices that ranged from under $15 to under $20.

8. Ulta: Ulta is the ultimate pit-stop for the makeup enthusiast in you that doesn’t want to spend too much money on makeup or skincare, but wants something that is still good quality. Last year, they had somewhat of the same approach to their Black Friday deals as Sephora did.

9. Gymshark: If you’re looking for nice and light workout clothes, or maybe you’re looking into working out, or you just feel like buying cute workout outfits, then Gymshark is the place for you. They always have the best Black Friday deals for high-quality workout clothes. Their sale unfolds online and they actually give sneak peeks to the email subscribers that allow them to get ahead with putting items in their cart to prepare for the rampage of a 70% off sale.

10. Revolve: The last stop of our Black Friday shopping list is the amazing and overly priced, Revolve! I always find myself browsing through some of their clothing collections, I buy some, but most of it just ends up too expensive for no reason. So, for Black Friday, I think that it would be really good to stop by their website to grab onto their 65% off Black Friday deals.

One recommendation that I can give to all those with budget cuts but want to shop for Black Friday, is to use AfterPay. AfterPay is an interest-free installment service that allows you to shop at some of the biggest retailers in the world without having to pay the full amount of your bill upfront. I always use AfterPay when I want to buy something a bit on the pricier side, but don’t want to spend the full amount at that moment. The process is easy, all you have to do is create an account, download the application on your phone, connect your bank account, and shopping galore!
