I’ve scoped out amazing recipes that will transform the usual Girl Scout cookie recipe into a whole new dessert. Enjoy!

Truffles and Thin Mints?! Yum! In just a few easy steps, your favorite cookie will be revamped into tasty truffles.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 9 ounce package thin mint Girl Scout Cookies
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 oz) Bag Guittards Green Mint chips (or green candy melts)
  • 5 oz white chocolate chips
