  • Take a lot of breaks: your brain needs it! It will also function a lot better if you let it rest for a bit.
  • Make sure you get enough sleep. If you don’t, you’ll have a harder time concentrating on your exams.
  • Eat healthy. As delicious as junk food is, it can affect your brain and make you more sluggish. So reach for those carrots and hummus instead of chips, at least for this week.
  • Drink tea. Green tea will relax you and help you concentrate better.
  • Make sure you do something fun in between studying. If you have fun, you’ll be more motivated to do your work.
  • Exercise. It helps you forget about everything for a bit and afterwards it will be easier to do work.
  • Think about Fall Pause! You’re almost there!

Good luck with your midterms!
