It can be fun to bake a cake and eat it but when you are in college it is hard to do just that. However, did you know you could just bake a cake with a mug and a microwave. Best thing about it, most recipes only have a few ingredients and bakes in a few minutes. These quick and fun recipes could be a fun thing to do with your roommate or signicant other. 

1. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake 

Ingredients:

1 egg 

3 Tbsp of brown sugar

1/3 cup of flour 

1 Tbsp of softened butter

3-4 Tbsp of mini chocolate Chips 

Directions: mix everything together with a fork. Microwave for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes.

2. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake 

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 Tbsp of brown sugar 

2 Tbsps of peanut butter 

1 Tbsp of flour

1 Tbsp of cocoa 

1/4 tsp of baking powder,

some chocolate chips

Directions: Stir everything with a fork. Mircrowave for 1 minute. Top with whatever icing you want and sprinkles if you like.

3. Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

1 egg

1/4 cup of powdered sugar

1-2 Tbsps of Cocoa ( depends on how chocolatey you want the cake to be). 

Directions: Stir it all with a fork. Mircrowave for 50-60 seconds. Top with icing, ice cream,sprinkles, anything you want. I topped mine with cream cheese canned icing. 

4.Snickerdoodle Cake

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp of all-purpose flour

2 Tbsps of sugar

1/4 tsp of backing powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon ( maybe even 1 tsp of cinnamon) 

1/4 cup of milk at room temperature

2 Tbsps salted butter,melted and then cooled

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 

You can tip it with 1 Tbsp of sugar and 1/4 of cinnamon

Directions: Stir everthing with a fork, Microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes.
