Describe yourself in three words: Fun, random, curious.
What does your daily routine look like?Sometimes, I wake up 8 in the morning. I always start off my day with coffee. No matter what day it is, I’m constantly running around at school or at work. I practice my instrument during my breaks and after I’m done with my classes. I will be up late at night doing my homework. Sometimes, I even run errands 10 or 11 in the night.
Are you involved on campus?I’m in the Cal State LA Wind Ensemble. I’m interested in joining a sorority though.
Name one crazy life experience that happened recently.I was walking to my car from my house and I was getting ready to go to work. A couple of minutes before, my neighbors started yelling and arguing. When I was walking, a couple of things fell and started rolling down on the driveway and I started picking them up. One of my neighbors stormed out of the house, yelling at her significant other, hopped on the car and took off on high speed from my driveway. My mom was outside and she yelled at me to watch out and I ran and rolled away from the driveway because I didn’t know what was going on. The lady didn’t notice I was on the ground and when she returned back, she apologized to me and told me that it wasn’t intentional.
What is your favorite place in L.A.?My favorite place in L.A. would have to be either in Grand Park or Vista Hermosa Park. I love going to Grand Park at night to see the lights at the water fountain. I also love going to Vista Hermosa Park to watch the sunset settle on the skyline and the buildings of Downtown L.A.
Who is your role model?My role model would have to be band director from high school, Mr. Eldred.
What is your favorite food?This is a hard one because I love food! My favorite food would have to be Italian food.
Describe your dream date.My dream date would be going to a nice restaurant where the area is lively and go somewhere that has a beautiful view of the sunset.
Where do you see yourself in five years?In five years, I see myself either as a band director or something involved with law enforcement. Hopefully I found the one that I settle down with.
What’s your favorite thing about Cal State LA?My favorite thing about Cal State LA is the diversity of people we have here. Going in to Cal State LA, I have met a lot of great people that I have shared great experiences and memories with; I wouldn’t experienced if it weren’t for them.
If you had to listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?My Type by Saint Motel
