DIY Fondue

 

2 tsbp flour

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

garlic salt (to taste)

8oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8oz shredded swiss cheese

1 can or bottle of beer (sam adams works best flavor wise)

Tabasco sauce to taste

 

This recipe is everything that you need to make those chilly winter days toasty and satisfying. It’s cute and easy to make because all you do is combine the dry recipes and then heat them up once you’ve cooked that alcohol off of the beer. Gather around some friends, pick you sides, and enjoy!!
