Her Campus at American University: What are you involved in on campus?
Caitlyn Duff: I’m a teaching assistant for Religion Without Borders on campus, and I am a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority.
HCAU: What is your favorite thing about AU?
CD: My favorite thing about AU is the endless opportunity provided by professors and the beautiful campus.
HCAU: What is your coffee order and where do you prefer to get your coffee from?
CD: I always get my coffee from Starbucks and it’s a grande dirty iced chai.
HCAU: What type of music do you listen to?
CD: I listen to all music, but I’m a big fan of Drake. I love all his albums, but especially Take Care.
HCAU: What is your favorite thing to do in D.C.
CD: My favorite thing to do in D.C. is to sit in the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery and eat lunch in the atrium.
HCAU: Do you have a job? If so, where?
CD: I work at Lou Lou boutiques in Chinatown selling accessories!
HCAU: What’s your highlight of 2017?
CD: My highlight of 2017 was joining my sorority Alpha Xi Delta and getting my big Jillian who I am going to visit abroad in Germany in a month.
HCAU: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
CD: Most people don’t know that I am a private ski instructor and I can ski back country woods for hours if I had the time at home in Vermont! I have two cats and a dog… and to most people’s dismay, I love cats the most!
