Discover Your Travel Style This Summer, One Trip At a Time

Hey collegiettes, how did you spend your time last summer?

Were you bungee jumping off of Australian cliffs or trying a different flavor of chocolate in each European country? Maybe you went snorkeling between the colorful coral in the Great Barrier Reef, or you were falling in love with Italian architecture (and the Italian men!) Or maybe you were daydreaming about these once in a lifetime adventures while channel surfing on your couch.

Many of you just had Spring Break, but it’s time to start thinking about where your next adventure will take you, and we’re not talking about finals. Summer only comes around once a year, and with a hectic and stressful college life you don’t want to let your vacation time slip away! The world is at your fingertips…or at least it can be. Just make the decision to go and let Contiki lead the rest of the way.

We know that each collegiette is unique and that her preferences for fashion or food can’t just be generalized. The same goes for travel! No need for a snorkeling adventure if you are afraid of the ocean. Your vacation days shouldn’t be spent staring at cathedrals and columns if you have zero interest in architecture. The key to an amazing summer is finding the perfect fit for your individual style. Whether you’re looking for adventure, education, friends or food, Contiki can point you in the right direction with their helpful quiz that reveals your travel style.

For all the fashion lovers out there, why not spend the summer being inspired by fashion capitals of the world like London and Paris? If you want a wardrobe makeover, then start in England and take notes on the styles all the way down to Rome.

For those of you who can’t and won’t sit still, any trip to Australia will keep you moving, surfing and playing all day. Or if you want a constant change of scenery then take a few days and hop around the Thai Islands. Check out these adventure-filled trips!

Are you looking for an intellectual adventure? Look no further than these popular trips. Use the summer to absorb the rich history of Europe. Rack up stamps on your passport by visiting 10 countries in 20 days, or take time and smell the Spanish flowers and spend 15 days in Spain.

Since the school year is dedicated to learning everything about your major, then summer is the time to learn about you! Take some time to figure out what kind of trip is perfect for you, and use the summer to test it out. You never know what you might learn about yourself, your friends, and other cultures. With trips ranging from 4 to 48 days, you can choose to escape for a month or just take a quick vacation for a week. And whichever you prefer, Contiki takes care of all the planning. So sit back, enjoy the ride, and do something incredible this summer.
