The Complete College Life Survey Series

There are a lot of things to stay on top of in college—our grades, our extracurriculars, our social life, our career plans— all of which affect our health. From wacky sleep schedules to stressful study schedules to sometimes not-so-safe behaviors, college can be a tough place to stay in tip-top shape, both in mind and body.

Over the last year, with the help of The Princeton Review, we conducted an extensive series of surveys where we collected over 10,000 responses from women at 300+ colleges about anything and everything pertaining to their lives. From career aspirations to fitness to sex, we took a candid and unfiltered approach to getting inside the mind of the college woman.  Now, we’re sharing the results.

Along with The Princeton Review, we are excited to present the first of a 7-phase survey series: The Complete College Life Survey. In this survey, we touched on a variety of general topics, many of which we will deep-dive into in coming weeks.

Who we surveyed:

We collected 10,062 individual responses from college women representing all 50 U.S. states and 28 international countries, with 9% of respondents attending college internationally.  Respondents were split approximately evenly among freshman, sophomore, and junior year, with slightly fewer seniors responding and respondents’ average age was 19.7 years old.
