There’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now, but we’re excited to celebrate one thing we know for sure: The class of 2020  is ? still ? graduating ?. To honor seniors around the globe, we’re throwing an epic virtual commencement for graduates, friends, and families on May 15 — because you all worked too hard to get here to let this moment pass. As if you’re not already super excited for I’m Still Graduating, I’m here with the tea on why it’s going to be incredible — from celeb appearances to cool features, here’s everything you need to know.

You’ll get to support those who are struggling with mental health. 

In recognition of the toll this pandemic has taken on college students’ mental health, and coinciding with May as Mental Health Awareness Month, Her Campus and I’m Still Graduating have partnered with Active Minds, the leading nonprofit organization impacting young adult mental health with a presence on over 800 campuses nationwide. The I’m Still Graduating event will amplify Active Minds’ ‘Here For You’ campaign, driving attendees to post a custom sticker on their social media platforms as a show of accessibility, solidarity, and support for those who are struggling with mental health.

Danielle was previously the Deputy Editor at Her Campus, where she oversaw social and content strategy, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, news, and entertainment. Prior to joining Her Campus, Danielle worked at House Beautiful as Senior Lifestyle Editor, directing and producing feature videos and stories. Danielle also served as Snapchat Editor at Cosmopolitan, overseeing the brands daily Snapchat Discover channel. In 2016, she launched Cosmo Bites — which is now the official food and beverage vertical at Cosmopolitan. That same year, Danielle was named as a Rising Star in the digital media industry by FOLIO Magazine. Danielle got her start in digital media by launching the Her Campus chapter at Fairfield University in 2014, where she acted as Campus Correspondent for 2.5 years, before graduating with a degree in English and creative writing.
