15 Things Only Extremely Independent Women Understand

Being an independent woman can have a lot of perks. For one, you can do anything you want without telling anyone. You don’t have to run your plans by an SO or tell them where you’re going—you just do it. If you hear about a cool event, you don’t need to ask someone else if they’re interested. You can just go, have fun and not have to worry about whether or not they’re having a good time. There are some things that independent women just get, and you’ll def feel these. 

1. You don’t need anyone else to have a good time

Ideal Friday night: at home, on the couch, with Netflix. 

2. You’re comfortable doing pretty much everything by yourself

3. You forget to invite your friends places

4. You don’t need a man

5. You are your only priority

6. You don’t let anyone tell you what to do

7. You know what your goals are and how to achieve them

8. You’re not afraid to be assertive to get what you want

9. Making plans with a big group is a hassle

10. Going to dinner alone is not a big deal at all
