Job Description

Her Campus Media is seeking an Integrated Marketing Supervisor to develop and execute marketing campaigns for leading national brands and retailers. Brand name clients, a creative and nimble start-up culture, and sky's-the-limit opportunities for growth make this an ideal opportunity for a talented and capable self-starter interested in joining a fast-growing and profitable start-up at the ground level.


  • Manage and execute digital campaign lifecycle from brainstorm and proposal development, through execution, delivery and post-campaign recap

  • Serve as a strategic lead on marketing programs across Her Campus’ digital, email, social, campus, influencer and experiential platforms

  • Analyze and report on key metrics to understand current campaign performance and trends and make recommendations for future improvement

  • Work with business development team to ensure clients’ campaign objectives are fulfilled

  • In conjunction with business development team, develop and nurture relationships with marketing agencies and existing clients to generate returning business

  • Keep a pulse on digital marketing industry trends with an eye toward enhancing and innovating Her Campus’ offerings

  • Work with inter-department heads and the Integrated Marketing Manager to refine and improve internal processes

  • Support Integrated Marketing Manager in overall management of the IM team



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience at an agency and/or in digital campaign or project management at a brand or publisher

  • 1-2+ years of management experience

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player comfortable working in partnership with business development team

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Self-starter with go-getter attitude, resourceful nature, and excellent work ethic who doesn’t mind getting his/her hands dirty and is excited about working in a start-up environment

  • Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office Suite, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram proficiency 

  • Ad Ops/DFP experience a plus
