You Might Be Able to Get a Tattoo at Whole Foods Soon

If you’ve ever stepped inside a Whole Foods store, you know that it’s essentially hipster heaven, but in the best way possible. It has every type of health food you can think of, and then the ones that you can’t (Ever heard of chicken lemon kale sausage? Whole Foods has). The only problem is that it’s very expensive—much too expensive for your average college student trying to save money wherever possible.

Well, recently Whole Foods announced that they’ll soon be opening a second chain of stores called 365 by Whole Foods. These will still be healthy grocery stores, much like Whole Foods, but will have more inexpensive items to better fit the budgets of most of their current shoppers.

In order to get even more people into these new stores, Whole Food plans on introducing a program called Friends of 365. This will involve small businesses being invited to sell their products or services to 365 shoppers. The intruiging thing is that 365 seems to be considering having tattoo parlors setting up in these stores as well!

And that’s not the only surprise you can expect to see while perusing the produce aisles at 365. The company website says, “Friends of 365 may be any type of business — from food and drinks to fashion, body care products, services, and more. (Record shop? Tattoo parlor? Maybe!).” That “Maybe!” is what we’re zeroing in on. We can only imagine some of the outrageously cool shops 365 will welcome.
