Grubhub and Venmo have partnered up to make splitting the delivery bill a lot easier. Now, you can split your bill on Grubhub, Seamless and Eat24 right after you order, according to Bustle.
For this new feature to work, users must have both the Venmo and Grubhub apps on their phones. Venmo is now listed among the other pay options, and it opens the app to split the bill or request money from other users at checkout, The Verge reported.
A Venmo spokesperson said to Mashable that, “Given that so many food-related payments occur on Venmo (Pizza is the most popular emoji on Venmo), this was a natural integration so Grubhub users could more easily split and share the costs of their group meals on Venmo.”
Now, your friends have no excuse not to pay you back for the meal and you don’t have to chase them to get your money back.
