I’ve been to Target and Forever, they just don’t do the trick.

Macy’s is usually my go-to place to get tights, as they seem to have a wide selection ranging in different price ranges. Not only do they carry Hue (my favorite), but they also carry Hanes and Lauren by Ralph Lauren (all of which are great quality). If Macy’s doesn’t work out for you, try H&M, the quality isn’t always the best but they usually have interesting textures for an extremely cheap price.
