First Josh Peck and now David Henrie—all the stars from my childhood are expecting and though I’m feeling old, I’m also super stoked. Yes, David Henrie, aka Justin from Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place, is going to be a dad!
David and his wife, Maria Cahill, couldn’t be more excited about their baby girl on the way, and the Instagram posts are proof. The 29-year-old actor posted a video of him and his wife finding out the gender of their baby with the caption, “ITS A GIRL ITS A GIRL ITS A GIRL. Im a Poppa!!!!!!! Im so overwhelmed with joy I had to share this with you guys. I’m already singing ‘I Loved Her First.’ I can’t wait to sit her down on a couch and tell her a nine-season story of How I Met Your Mother.”

On top of that, David has been actively posting plenty of Instagram stories about how ready he is to take on fatherhood, and how he plans to be the cheesiest dad ever. I can’t wait to see it, honestly. Gimme all the dad posts, plz.
My biggest hope out of all of this excitement is not just that David fulfills his promise to be a cheesy daddio to his daughter, but that Selena Gomez is the godmother. I mean, how cool would that be? Not to mention nostalgic—my heart would be so full.
