Not too long ago, Lauren Conrad confirmed that The Hills was returning to MTV—in the form of a 10-year anniversary reunion special. Since then, diehard Hills fans have been eagerly anticipating the special event, preparing for all the nostalgia that is sure to accompany it. With the air date fast approaching, it’s only fair that fans finally get a teaser trailer, which shows what to exepect from The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now.
Sure, the show might have been the source of drama in the lives of Lauren and her castmates, but we’d like to think that they’ll be able to discuss the beloved show in a far more mature way. In the teaser, Lauren assures viewers that she will spill all the juicy details, including the ones that didn’t make it on camera. “So often, we would say, like, ‘If you knew the real story, you would understand.’ And what I would like to do is tell that story,” Lauren says.
In addition to sharing secrets from the beloved show, the reunion special will also give fans an inisde look into Lauren’s current life—including coverage of her magical wedding.
