Justin Timberlake Just Opened the Oscars with a Performance That’ll Make You Get Up & Dance

To make sure the Oscars started with a bang, Justin Timberlake opened the award show, pulling out all the stops with his performance of “Can’t Stop the Feeling.”

The song, which is nominated for an Oscar this evening in the category of “Best Original Song,” is from the animated film Trolls, and based off his performance, I wouldn’t be surprised if it won.

Everyone in the audience was dancing and singing along. The atmosphere was definitely more lively than we’re used to seeing at the often stuffy Academy Awards.

Watch a clip from the performance for yourself below. I dare you to not get off your seat and dance.
