Jenelle Evans Of ‘Teen Mom 2’ Pulled Out A Gun With Her Son In The Car During A Road Rage Incident

On Monday night’s episode of Teen Mom 2, star Jenelle Evans allegedly pulled a gun on another driver during a road rage incident — with her eight year old son in the car, PEOPLE reports.

While Evans was driving with her son, Jace, a man in a white pickup started tailgating them. Then he swerved around their car and slammed on his breaks, causing both Evans and her son to lurch forward. Evans claimed that she had to “slam on the brakes so hard that [her] phone went flying” and Jace “almost got whiplash and almost hit the dash.”

After calling 911 and telling them what happened, Evans decided to get off the highway and follow the man to his house. Once she arrived there, she screamed at the man that the cameras in her car had recorded everything and the police were on their way. After some fighting, Evans accidentally backed into the man’s mailbox, Entertainment Tonight reports, he blocked her from leaving with his car and Evans eventually pulled out her firearm.

Although the two were in danger in the situation, but they were able to make it safely away from the man’s house. Afterwards, Evans was on the phone with her husband David Eason explaining the situation when he yelled at her, “What are you doing at his f**king house? Well, don’t f**king god d**n follow him! You don’t follow a grown man to his f**king house!” On her way home, Evans was then pulled over by the police and asked to give a statement about what happened.

The incident in the episode has sparked a lot of backlash on social media, both in response to the danger that she put her child in by following the man to his house, and for the easy treatment she got by the police after pulling a gun on someone.

Interestingly enough, in a sneak peek of next week’s episode Evans is seen telling her son that she never pulled a gun out on the man. “No, I didn’t, Jace. Why are you telling them that I pulled a gun out on him? I did not do that,” she says.

We’ll have to wait until next week to find out what happens.
