Over the past few months, I’ve gotten in a routine of falling asleep nearly every night while streaming a show and I have no shame. I decided it would be a nice ‘lil change of pace to pick a night and set up a cute space for a watch party. Since I’m living with my mom and sister right now, I’m getting them in on the fun. I’ll be grabbing our favorite snacks, popcorn, sandwich cookies, and chocolate-covered pretzels—a curbside pickup of course. Then I’ll surprise them by setting up a comfy spot in our living room! Right.
Now, you’re probably wondering what movie will be featured at our viewing party. Well, you’re in for a treat because we’ll be streaming HBO Max’s latest flick, Unpregnant. I am seriously obsessed with Haley Lu Richardson and Barbie Ferreira, so lucky for me, they’re the stars in this film! It tells the story of a high-school student who finds out she’s pregnant and reaches out to her ex-best friend for help. They go on a 1,000-mile road trip of a lifetime, in this coming of age tale.
