CW Superhero Recap: Alex Questions Her Sexuality & Prometheus's Identity (Maybe) Revealed

Supergirl

What you need to know about this episode:

Cadmus is arming humans with alien weapons. Said humans decide to crash a party hosted by Lena Luther, stepping right into the trap she set for them. While Mon-El (aka Mike) tries to fit in as CatCo's new intern (he is so adorable!), James tries his hand at being a vigilante after feeling helpless amongst his super friends. Plus, Alex is finally coming to terms with the fact that she may not be as clear on her sexuality as she once thought.

Best quote of the episode:

"Commence Operation Doubtfire!" — Kara

What we can't wait to see next week:

Does James really need to become a superhero? Can't he just be James? And Mama Luther is behind Cadmus. We see some family drama in the very near future.

The Flash

The Flash got "trumped" by election coverage this week.

Arrow

What you need to know about this episode:

Prometheus declares war on the Green Arrow in the form of serial killings, which are meant to send a message. The victims' names are anagrams of the names on Oliver's crusade-starting list from season one. While we love a badass Oliver with an agenda, his new recruits are quite shocked to learn that their leader used to moonlight as a serial killer.

More importantly, the episode ends with Quentin waking up from what we can only assume is a drunken stupor to find his arm cut and a throwing star on his coffee table—both indications that he could be masquerading as Prometheus. Say it ain't so, Lance!

Best quote of the episode:

"You're joking, right? Because now's a really bad time to be trying out jokes." — Evelyn to Oliver

What we can't wait to see next week:

There's a new vigilante in town, and we think he's probably someone we already know.

Legends of Tomorrow

What you need to know about this episode:

The Legends take over the White House in the '80s, an appropriate setting considering this week's election. Of course, Damien Darhk and Reverse Flash taking up the Oval Office is pretty scary, too. While working to dismantle a bomb, the team discovers that Rex's killer is a (time-traveling) speedster.

Best quote of the episode:

"We're on a stakeout. I brought snacks. Apple slice?" — Ray

What we can't wait to see next week:

The return of Jonah Hex!
