Most assumed that she would be releasing an album or, better yet, marrying Austin Mahone. But the “Shower” singer proved both of these (totally plausible!) theories wrong with this next clue.

The suspense was finally lifted when the show Empire‘s official Twitter offered this exciting update.

Becky G, who has already appeared on a handful of TV movies and shows—including Disney Channel’s Austin & Ally—will guest-star on Empire‘s second season. In a short interview, the now-actress told HollywoodLife that she loved playing her character Valentina, a “feisty mean girl,” because Becky is so not like that IRL.
We can’t wait to meet Valentina on this second season, starting September 23rd!
