Andrew Garfield's Reason for Kissing Ryan Reynolds at the Golden Globes Will Melt Your Heart

There are supportive friends, and then there are friends like Andrew Garfield. After Deadpool's Ryan Reynolds lost to Ryan Gosling in the Best Actor in a Motion Picture — Comedy or Musical category at the 2017 Golden Globes, Andrew did what any friend would do—immediately started making out with him. And what's even better, Garfield's reason for the unexpected kiss will absolutely melt your heart.

"I just wanted Ryan to know that I loved him no matter whether he won or lost," Garfield explained during his Late Show with Stephen Colbert appearance on Tuesday. "It doesn't matter, it's how you play the game, and he showed up, he gave his all, and it doesn't change anything in my heart."
