9 Famous Celeb Children Who Are Taking After Their Superstar Parents

You know how the saying goes, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree—and that’s certainly true for these nine offspring. From Willow and Jaden Smith to Brooklyn Beckham, these stars have all followed in the superstardom footsteps of their celebrity parents.

1. Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford

Seventeen-year-old Kaia Gerber might as well be an exact replica of her mother, supermodel Cindy Crawford. Like Cindy, Kaia brings a recognizable face to the runways of Chanel and Burberry and even smizes like her mom in fashion magazines. Before Kaia, however, Cindy was at the top of her game as one of the most sought-out and famous models in the industry. In the 1980’s and 1990’s, she dominated magazine covers and power-walked down the runway. Cindy possesses an amazing and enviable modeling career that inspires many of today’s current models, including Kaia. Even though Kaia is still young, there is no doubt that she is on track to creating her own supermodel legacy!

2. Miley and Noah Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus

Even though Miley and Noah’s father, Billy Ray Cyrus, gained his own fame in 1992 from his hit single “Achy Breaky Heart,” Miley decided to take the chance to audition for Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana to produce her own path to stardom, while Noah dabbled in acting and then later on found a love for music. While Billy Ray made a name for himself in country music, Miley gained the love and attention of teens everywhere in the late ’00s as Disney’s teen queen, playing both Miley Stewart and Hannah Montana, as well as releasing her own albums. Noah’s first major movie role was voicing Ponyo in the movie Ponyo, and has continually released her own music during the past two years, after being signed to RECORDS. In fact, Miley and Noah aren’t the only ones in the Cyrus family with talent—siblings Brandi, Trace and Braison have all immersed themselves in the entertainment industry.

3. Jaden and Willow Smith and Will and Jada Pinkett Smith

There is absolutely no doubt that the Smith family is one of the most talented power families in Hollywood. Each member—Will, Jada, Jaden and Willow—has had their own respective careers in entertainment. Will is best known for his role on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, as well as his accompanying rap career, and Jada got her start on a sitcom called True Colors that ran from 1990-1992. Jada also starred in The Nutty Professor and Madagascar. Will and Jada have been praised for letting their children experiment with what they want to do in life and have always supported their endeavors. Jaden started his acting career off young when he starred alongside his dad in The Pursuit of Happyness. He later went on to star in a remake of The Karate Kid, and released an album called Syre. Willow gained attention after the release of her catchy single “Whip My Hair” in 2010 and is still concentrating on music, having already put out her second album by the time she turned 17. Needless to say, the Smith family is still taking Hollywood by storm after 20+ years.

4. Brooklyn Beckham and David and Victoria Beckham

Honestly, I wish I could be a Beckham. With his father being one of the best and celebrated soccer players of all-time and his mother being a former Spice Girl and fashion icon, Brooklyn Beckham has it made. Brooklyn decided to take a slightly different path, steering away from entertainment and fulfilling his passion of photography by enrolling at Parsons School of Design. His Instagram is covered in aesthetically pleasing pictures that he’s taken, including some of his parents and his brothers and sister. Even though we won’t see Brooklyn taking the field or designing clothes anytime soon, he sure is making his own mark through his stunning visuals.

5. Emma Roberts and Eric Roberts

The American Horror Story actress caught the acting bug at a young age from her father, actor Eric Roberts, and her super-famous aunt, Julia Roberts (Eric’s sister), after spending a lot of time on movie sets with them both. While Eric has an incredible 40-year acting career to boast about and Julia has starred in some of our favorites, such as Pretty Woman and Eat Pray Love, Emma has played memorable roles in Unfabulous, Scream Queens and American Horror Story. Her characters, Madison Montgomery (American Horror Story) and Chanel Oberlin (Scream Queens) have been iconic in today’s generation—so, like her father and aunt, the 27-year-old is seriously displaying acting chops that everyone seems to love.

6. Lily-Rose Depp and Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis

As the daughter of actor Johnny Depp and French singer, model and actress, Vanessa Paradis, 19-year-old Lily-Rose Depp was blessed with beautiful genes, a knack for acting and a perfect runway walk. Some of the star’s acting credits include The Dancer, where she played Isadora Duncan, and The King, starring alongside Timothée Chalamet and Robert Pattinson. Lily-Rose is also renowned for her cool-girl style and was appointed as a Chanel ambassador in 2015. We’re sure her parents are so proud of her as her fame continues to skyrocket in Hollywood.

7. Paris Jackson and Michael Jackson

The ultra-famous actress, singer and model has been in the spotlight from the second she was born. Paris Jackson has the title of being the King of Pop’s daughter, but with it has come a lot of being watched and scrutinized for who her father was. She was fiercely kept out of the spotlight until the death of her father in 2009. However, the 20-year-old has made it her mission to make her own name for herself in the world by signing with IMG Models and dabbling in acting, starring in 2018’s Gringo. She also sings and performs with her musical group, The Soundflowers.

Rachel is a senior at Drexel University majoring in Design & Merchandising. She dreams of traveling the world and loves to learn about new cultures and languages. She also aspires to be the editor-in-chief of her own fashion magazine one day. You can find her binge watching Vanderpump Rules, eating way too much mac & cheese, dancing to her favorite songs and exploring when she goes city-hopping!
