The 2014 Golden Globes aired this past Sunday and with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler as hosts, the show was bound to be hilarious. Here are our favorite moments of the 2014 Golden Globes, told in GIFs.

The single most important event of the night happened before the awards even began: Jennifer Lawrence photobombed Taylor Swift.

Jennifer Lawrence was named Amy Poehler’s alter ego and she loved it.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus was too cool for everyone in the TV section and Reese Witherspoon.

America’s sweetheart won the first award of the night and had the most adorable reaction ever.

Diddy offered his advice.

And overstayed his welcome on stage.

And pretended that he was friends with Bono.

We learned that they serve hot dogs at the Golden Globes and that Julia Louis-Dreyfus really is the coolest.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin had the worst date night ever.

Tina and Amy won the night with this George Clooney joke.

And Sandy loved it.

Tina Fey introduced her illegitimate son. Who looked for his father.

Emma Thompson became every woman’s hero.

Matt Damon owned being a garbage man.

Amy Poehler got a massage from Bono.

And made out with him when she won. Finally, she won!

Normally dissing Taylor Swift would be like kicking a puppy, but Tina and Amy did it with subtly.

Check out why here!
