Tonight we went to dinner at one of our favorite NYC restaurants. Its called Josies and is a great spot for really healthy food that doesn’t taste like cardboard! Windsor had the shrimp “un-fried” brown rice and Stephanie had the tofu stir-fry. It was delicious!
After dinner, we counteracted our health food by stopping by ButterCup Bakery on 72nd between Amsterdam and Columbus to pick up some cupcakes! We both got red velvet.
