The Dove Clear Tone Challenge: Read the Results!

This is a sponsored feature. All opinions are 100% from Her Campus.

Hey, collegiettes!

Two weeks ago, I told you about how I was taking the Dove Clear Tone Challenge. I ditched my old deodorant for 14 days to try out Dove Clear Tone Skin Renew and see how I liked it. Here’s why Dove says this product is so much more than a standard deodorant:

“Did you know? When underarm skin is irritated by shaving, it can respond by creating dark marks.

The solution – NEW Dove® Clear Tone™ Pink Rosa Deodorant. With calendula and sunflower seed extracts, Dove® Clear Tone works with your body’s natural chemistry to visibly reduce dark marks in just 2 weeks* while providing 48-hour odor and wetness protection.

*vs. basic deodorant roll-on without moisturizer, based on those who expressed preference in a survey”

I’m happy to say that I loved this deodorant and I plan on sticking with it even past these two weeks! When it comes to looking for a deodorant, how it smells is of the utmost importance to me; I hate the powdery or overpowering scent that some deodorants have. However, I LOVE the light scent of Dove Clear Tone! Another problem I have with most deodorants is that they don’t really help with wetness protection, but Dove Clear Tone kept me feeling fresh and dry all day long—no sweat stains (ew) here.

Before I tried this deodorant, I actually didn’t realize that shaving caused my underarms to be so dark. But after two weeks, I can definitely tell a difference in the skin tone of my underarms. Goodbye, embarrassing dark marks!

Are you up for the Dove Clear Tone Challenge? Try it out today!
