Vurjeet Madan

Vurjeet Madan is a student studying political science at the University of Toronto. Apart from her (exciting, yet slightly cumbersome) life as a student, she is a freelance writer with hopes to become a journalist and lawyer some day. Born and brought up in Canada to wonderfully loud and loving Punjabi household, she often says she brings *spicy* perspective to my writing. Having studied at the School of the New York Times in 2018, she learned to embrace her passion to write and continue to push for new stories. If the world were to end tomorrow, her survival skills are unlikely to be of much use, but she would certainly write a killer article on it.
