Miyai Carter

My name is Miyai Carter and I am currently a sophomore at the illustrious Spelman College. I am studying Psychology on a Pre-Law track with a minor in Spanish. Although I am unsure about my career goals, I know that my degree will be put to good use, as I plan to be a vessel for many people regardless of my profession. As a natural born activist, I enjoy educating and encouraging others regarding specific movements and speaking for those who do not have a voice. I believe that creativity is something that brings humanity together and that creatives are the facilitators. My passions creatively include singing, writing poetry, and sometimes pretending to be a photographer on my iPhone camera. Without a doubt, the future is female and that is a future I will always be committed to. With hard work, positive affirmations, and dedication, anything is possible.
