For Ilan Moskowitz, a brown-eyed Jersey boy, with a batched Mohawk (a result of a messy night and four bottles of tequila), suburban life never could box him in. Born in Massachusetts and raised in quiet Tenafly, New Jersey, music consumed his life. Drumming for 11 years and singing for six has prepared Moskowitz for the two bands he now juggles at Purchase.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's time to kiss the winter-break-glory-days goodbye. Waking up at 12’oclock, lounging in pajamas and feasting on every carbonated, sugary and salt-drenched item in your house- yup, those days are long gone.
