Tieks Review: Meet Your New Favorite Ballet Flats

Posted -

In the world of female footwear, it feels like we have two choices: stylish kicks or comfortable ones. Why can’t we have both?

Introducing the answer to our sartorial prayers: Tieks. Tieks are designer ballet flats that can be worn during long days—perfect for a full day of classes or a trek across campus to a formal event before changing into heels! They also come in multiple fun colors and styles, so there’s sure to be a pair calling your name. One of the coolest parts about Tieks is the split-sole design, which allows each pair to fold to the size of a man’s wallet, making them super portable. We know because we tried - Tieks sent us our very own pair to test! Tieks are the only designer flats that are flexible enough to fold, but also durable enough to wear all day long!

While you may reserve some cheap foldable flats just for those few moments of walking before switching to more fashionable, uncomfortable shoes, Tieks are stylish and well-made enough to wear during your entire day. Each pair of Tieks is hand-stitched and made with the finest Italian leather—it takes three days and more than 150 steps to make a single pair. That’s some serious craftsmanship.
