Sketches of Several of Meghan Markle’s Wedding Dress Options Have Been Leaked

Now that we officially know when (May 17, 2018) and where (St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle) the royal wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will take place, we still have tons of questions regarding the details of the big day — namely, what will Meghan’s dress look like?

It turns out that we’re getting a glimpse of what Meghan may opt to wear on the big day a lot sooner than we thought. On Tuesday, TMZ revealed three sketches Israeli designer Inbal Dror created as options for Meghan after she was contacted by the royal family about possibly dressing her.

From what we can tell from the sketches, one thing is pretty certain: Meghan will likely choose a long-sleeved dress. All three of Dror’s options are long-sleeved, and it’s generally a tradition for royal brides, including Princess Diana and Kate Middleton, to go with a long-sleeved look.

However, there’s definitely some subtle sexiness in Dror’s sketches as well, all of which feature gorgeous lace details that appear to be sheer. Considering the couple already has been open to defying tradition in other ways, it wouldn’t be too surprising if Meghan goes for something a little statement-making when it comes to her dress.

Obviously, Dror is likely in competition with tons of other designers — but if Meghan picks her, she’ll be in good company. Dror dressed none other than Beyoncé herself (a different type of royalty) for the Grammys last year, and she looked ~flawless~.
