It’s that time in January when I couldn’t be more over the dreary winter weather. What do I do to make myself feel better? I buy myself one of my favorite winter accessories, a scarf! When you are getting bored of your outfits, like I am; treat yourself to a fun new scarf that will brighten up your winter season. Here are Her Campus’s 20 favorite scarves:   

Under $15
