Ziftit’s Trendsetter Contest wants to challenge collegiettes to put together the most follow-worthy Zift List on the site. Using a “follow” feature (like Pinterest’s follow feature), collegiettes can gain followers on Ziftit by adding products that they think will appeal to their followers. Products added to your Zift List will be seen on the news feeds of your followers, and your followers can then re-add these products to their personal Zift Lists. Participants in the contest will increase their “influence rating” by gaining followers and by having their chosen products re-added by their followers.
On December 15, the participant with the highest Influence Rating will win the competition and be named the “Trendsetter of 2013.” This lucky Trendsetter will be awarded with $10,000 on Christmas Eve! We know you wouldn’t mind winning some extra cash!
