In an article by Business Insider, McDonald’s spokesperson Becca Hary explains the new branding. “The new look is simple, fresh and consistent with our vision to be a modern and progressive burger company,” she says. McDonald’s will ship its revamped packaging to 15,000 U.S. restaurants this month and finish the rollout to other countries by the end of 2016.
Two students, Pablo Machado and Ricardo Hardouin, were chosen to use McDonald’s supplies in designing a cool, fashion-forward collection, Seventeen reports. Pablo and Ricardo came up with every accessory imaginable, from hats to straw-spiked pumps.
