Thanks to the Limited, You’ll Now Be Able to Dress Like Olivia Pope

Mellie Grant may be the First Lady, but Oliva Pope is the Queen — of classy attire, that is. Even when she’s hunting down key witnesses, outmaneuvering government officials or having an emotional breakdown, she looks amazing. But although we lust over her sartorial choices, most of us can’t afford Armani or Burberry. (And if you can, please let us know when you clean out your wardrobe.)

To the rescue: the Limited!

Elliot Staples, the Limited’s head of design, has teamed up with Kerry Washington and Lyn Paolo, Scandal’s costume designer, to create a collection of 42 tops, pants, jackets and outerwear. These will be so similar to Pope’s “Gladiator in a Suit” style that she’ll actually wear them on the show. However, they’ll be sans the insane, I-charge-thousands-per-hour-so-I-can-afford-this prices; according to Jezebel, the pieces range in cost from $49 to $249.

“By creating a line inspired by the show, we are introducing a collection that embodies the elegance and power of the Scandal aesthetic for real-life gladiators and everyday fashionistas,” Washington told Variety. “The collection is a nod to our devoted fans, to fans of fashion and to women everywhere who are inspired to boldly pursue their passions and look good while doing it.”

You’ll be able to Pope-ify yourself starting on September 22, when the Scandal collection is unveiled at 250 malls nation-wide and on The Limited’s website.

Honestly, this made our hearts beat faster than even the Season 3 finale.
