How to Wear Green on St. Patrick’s Day (Without Looking Like a Leprechaun!)

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and lets face it, no one wants to get pinched! So how can you wear green without looking like a leprechaun?

Try and integrate the color into your outfit for the day without going overboard. For example, instead of going all out and wearing a green shirt, wear a cute pair of green jeans with a shirt that you would normally wear. Rock the jeans with a solid black or white top, or even with a shirt with a simple print. To add to the outfit, add a denim jacket and a cute pair of wedges or flats.

If you’re looking to go green with your accessories, wear something fun and playful like a small bow. Don’t forget you can rock some green on a purse or a clutch, too! Just remember that wearing army or mint green isn’t cheating and both of those colors are totally in this spring!

To add a playful touch to your St. Patrick’s Day ensemble, integrate the color green into your nail art for a week! Maybe try out an ombre green look on your nails, or add green glitter to your nails. You could also try out a mint green bubble necklace for a trendy and holiday-appropriate look!

Whether you’re planning on rocking green clothes or green accessories, if you follow these ideas you definitely won’t look like a leprechaun this St. Patrick’s Day. What are you wearing this St. Patrick’s Day? Share and comment below!
