These days, style icons like Gigi Hadid are trading their heels for sneakers more often than not. The Stan Smith by Adidas has proved itself a staple of the fashion world a thousand times over, but now the classic design we all know and love is getting a bit of a makeover. A sock makeover, to be specific.
In keeping up with the athleisure movement, the brand has reworked the typical leather upper for one made out of Adidas’ PrimeKnit material, giving it that cozy, sock-like aesthetic. On the back, a stark black leather logo is attached. As of now, the shoe only comes in the brand’s trademark hue, Wonder Pink.
Currently, the Shock PrimeKnit is only available on Adidas’ Australian site but is expected to make its debut stateside very soon, along with a full range of colors. We need a pair immediately.
