Buffalo Chicken Dip Superbowl

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at YCP chapter.

This is the only Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe that you will ever need in your entire life and you will want to put it on everything.

What you need:

1-8 oz. package of plain cream cheese

1 cup ranch

2 cups chopped or finely shredded chicken

1 cup of chopped celery

1-8 oz. package of shredded colby jack cheese

Hot sauce to desired taste

Directions:

  1. In a large pan or pot, begin to melt down package of cream cheese

  2. As cream cheese softens, add ranch and stir until the cream cheese has melted down and there are no clumps

  3. Add chicken and celery, stir to mix

  4. Add 4 oz. of colby jack cheese, stir to mix

  5. Add hot sauce to desired taste (I usually use around 6-8 ounces)

  6. Pour into 9 in. x 9 in. glass pan

  7. Sprinkle remaining 4 oz. of colby jack cheese over top

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

  9. Serve with celery, tortilla chips, etc.

  10. Refrigerate leftovers and reheat when needed

  11. Just kidding… you won’t have any leftovers…
