Did you have any other options for college? Why did you choose Yale?
The one school that I was probably considering going to just as much as I was Yale was the Naval Academy. Almost all of my family served in the military so having the opportunity to serve as well as play football was really intriguing. I ended up choosing Yale because of the family atmosphere I got from the team. I wanted to be a part of a team that valued relationships and had a strong brotherhood and I felt that at Yale from the very start.
Have any game day rituals?
I always call my family on game day. Hearing my parents’ voices is always relaxing before stepping onto the field.
What are some goals for Team 145 this season?
To win an Ivy League Championship.
What are your thoughts on the Yale – Harvard game this year?
As always, it will be a lot of fun. I know our team feels confident heading into it, just as we do every other game.
