Family Weekend has finally arrived!
Hosting your parents and/or siblings for the weekend can be a mix of emotions. We understand.
On Friday, you think about seeing your family and look at your classmates like:
But then you walk into your messy dorm room.
So you clean up, and pretend like your room is always perfect…..just like you.
Then you reunite.
Your parents bring you food and take you to dinner, and it’s a magical experience.
But then you have to figure out how to entertain them, and the options in Buckhannon are slim.
And your parents suggest going to all the scheduled programming.
And try to introduce themselves to every student in a 500 foot radius.
But you know you love them, and enjoy some family shenanigans.
And as much as they drive you a little crazy, they are your favorite people.
Sunday comes, and you act chill, but you’re secretly begging them to stay.
But don’t worry, you’ll see them again soon!
